“We had not used the services of Auto-Gates until recently when we experienced a failure in mechanics. The response was quick, and the fault identified with a temporary fix. Further examination of the gates identified severe wear and tear and unaligned closure. We were happy to receive a quote for further work and within 3 days the gates were collected, repaired and reinstalled - this required up to 5 men! We were delighted with the quality of work and the outcome which also delivered an easier control mechanism. Comment must also be made on the quality of communication from the locally based office - this was tremendous and clearly a valid add to the makings of a very well run and managed company.
